Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11918 of 2021, dated 24.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 15.09.2021, without fail.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the first petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, but, the second petitioner did not comply with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7560 of 2021 4.In view of the attitude of the second petitioner, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed against the second petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed insofar as the second petitioner is concerned.

5. Insofar as the first petitioner is concerned, since the first petitioner is complying with the condition regularly without fail, the condition imposed against the first petitioner is fully relaxed. Accordingly, this petition is ordered insofar as the first petitioner is concerned.

6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is partly allowed .
