This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.07.2022. 1 / 4

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has received the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.07.2022 by post and further the petitioner has not appeared and furnished any document for the offence of job racketing. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to produce sufficient material for conducting enquiry to the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.07.2022 and take suitable action on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
