Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3.

2. The petitioner seeks grant of educational loan for his daughter. It appears that the earlier application given by the writ petitioner was rejected because the access for the property furnished was not satisfactory.

3. The petitioner is therefore permitted to submit a fresh loan application and he should also offer a different property. It is for respondents 2 and 3 to consider the same 2/4

Respondents 2 and 3 will take a decision and notify the same to the petitioner within a period of three weeks after the fresh loan application as mentioned above is submitted. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
