ORDER

Though the petitioner in this petition has sought for transfer of investigation in Crime No.791/2020 from the 3rd respondent and entrust the same to the 4th respondent/CBCID, today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would state that it is suffice if the 4th respondent is directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the 3rd respondent, for which, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection. 2.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14008 of 2020 Prosecutor, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct the investigation in Crime No.791/2020 which shall be monitored by the 4th respondent and the 3rd respondent/police is directed to file charge sheet before the court concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
