ORDER
The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2019.
2.Heard Mr.M.Natarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the fourth respondent, notice to her is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner has given a complaint under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, against the fourth respondent to the respondents 1 and 2 on 04.04.2019 and the same is pending with them and hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, if the said representation is decided by the first respondent and a decision is taken thereon, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that, the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.04.2019, would be considered by the first respondent and an order to that effect would be passed thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition, with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, at the stage of admission itself, with the following direction:- The representation of the petitioner, dated 04.04.2019, shall be decided by the first respondent on merits and in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, by sending separate notices and final order thereon shall be passed by the first respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
