2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.42 of 2024.
