O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent bank.

The petitioner had availed loan from the respondent bank by mortgaging the petition mentioned property. Mortgage has since been cleared. The petitioner wants the documents back.

3. The learned Standing counsel states that every endeavour will be made to return the documents in question to the writ petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This is because the entitlement to the petitioner to get back the documents is not 2/3

3 W.P.(MD)NO.17631 OF 2022 in doubt. The respondents have no objection for issuing discharge certificate enabling the petitioner to register the same.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
