Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to forthwith pay interest of the petitioner's retirement benefits of Rs.1,71,111/- at the rate of 6% per annum for the belated in the light of the order by this Court in W.P.MD 10389 of 2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to pay the interest of the petitioner's retirement benefits of Rs.1,71,111/- at the rate of 6% per annum. 2.Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that with reference to the prayer sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner sent a representation to the second respondent on 26.07.2018. But, no action has been taken till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for the relief stated supra. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In reply, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2018, would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.In agreement with the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2018, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
