This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioners without any basis under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to family dispute, the petitioner's daughter-in-law lodged a complaint against the petitioners. Based on that, the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
