ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct proper enquiry and take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 02.11.2020 in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions raised in the petition and submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondent Police to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 02.11.2020. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 02.11.2020, will be considered at the earliest. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent Police are directed to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 02.11.2020, by following the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.17657 of 2020 principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610 and proceed in accordance with law.
