(MD) No.4836 of 2019 dated 11.06.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6265 of 2019 dated 29.04.2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. MP. (MD) No.4836 of 2019 dated 11.06.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6265 of 2019 dated 29.04.2019

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl. MP. (MD) No.4836 of 2019 dated 11.06.2019 in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.6265 of 2019 dated 29.04.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl. MP. (MD) No.4836 of 2019 dated 11.06.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6265 of 2019 dated 29.04.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
