O RDER This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 1791 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet filed on 21.05.2021 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No. 41 of 2023 by the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and the case was adjourned to 17.05.2023 for examination of witnesses.

3. In view of the submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
