[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/third respondent for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in WP(MD) No.10349 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025.

2. The Additional Government Pleader would submit that this Court while disposing the W.P(MD)No.10349 of 2025 as Public Interest Litigation not maintainable has directed the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2024 and to dispose the same after giving adequate opportunity of hearing to the fourth respondent .

3. Pursuant to the same, the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2024 has been considered and order has been passed and it was also communicated to the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admitted that the representation of the petitioner is also considered.
