This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein not to interfere with the civil rights of the petitioner which is subject matter of the property involved in civil dispute in Survey No.24, situated at Iruthayapuram, Shenbaganoor, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District.
