"MEMO FILED ON BEHALF OF THE APPELLANT The above first appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant against the judgment and decree passed in O.S. (SR)No.7964 of 2019 on the file of Learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil. Pending the above first appeal, the appellant and the respondents amicably settled the matter out of court. In pursuant to the above said compromise, the appellant has instructed us to withdraw the above first appeal by letter dated 10.09.2025. Hence, this memo. I have also enclosed herewith the copy of the letter dated 10.09.2025 along with aadhar card of the appellant. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the above memo and dismiss the above first appeal as withdrawn. s/d Counsel for Appellant"
