Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the Official respondents not to harass the petitioner by calling him in the second respondent police station and instruct the third respondent not to interfere and enquire in the civil dispute and threaten the petitioner for registration of false criminal case against him based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2020.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and to direct the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.83 of 2020 and during enquiry, the petitioner's brother/complainant had agreed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.14162 of 2020 to settle the issue amicably and to repay the loan amount. Therefore, the complaint was closed on 28.05.2020.
