Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an order of injunction, restraining the 7th respondent from illegally doing quarrying operations in the property measuring 19 acres 97 cents bearing S.No. 196 of Chettikurichi village, Kayathar taluk, Thoothukudi district, pending disposal of the writ petition.

To issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in T.R. 2024/28/09/000158sD, dated 08.06.2024 and quash the same.
