: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to appoint the petitioner in any of the existing vacancy, as Noon-meal organizer, within the 3rd respondents Limit, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2016 within a stipulated time framed by this Court. O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to appoint the petitioner as Noon-Meal Organizer in terms of her representation, dated 05.10.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner, who was a widow, is working as a Noon-Meal Helper. Later on, she got married on 16.09.2016. The petitioner attended the interview for the post of Noon-Meal Organiser on 04.03.2016 and even though there are two vacancies available, she has not been considered. The reason as to why she has not been considered, is also not known to her. Therefore, she has given a representation dated 05.10.2016, seeking to appoint her in the post of Noon-Meal Oraganiser, to the first respondent. As her representation has not been considered, this writ petition has been filed. 4.
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
