For Petitioners : Mr.A.M.Raja For R1 & R2 : Mr.SS.Madhavan Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioners have filed this petition alleging that the respondent police are harassing them basing on a false complaint given by the respondent No.3 against the petitioners and others. In the meanwhile, the respondent police stated to have registered the complaint of the 2/4

respondent No.3 as FIR in Crime No.34 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 294(b), 323, 406 and 498(A) IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioners stated to have filed a petition before this Court challenging the said FIR.

3.Once the complaint, basing on which the police were allegedly harassing the petitioners, has already been converted as FIR and since the petitioners have already taken steps seeking quashment of the said FIR, this Petition becomes infructuous, thereby dismissed as infructuous.
