PRAYER :- For Bail in crime No. 1725/2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.11.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 392,397 and 506(ii) of IPC on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.3000/- at knife point. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and no such occurrence has taken place and for statistical purpose the present case has been registered by the respondent police.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and 10 previous cases including four murder cases are pending against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking in to consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner , this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. At this juncture the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

7. In view of the same, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
