For Appellant : Mr.T.Selvan For Respondent : Mr.M.Jothi Basu JUDGEMENT This present Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is filed against the order passed in Divorce Petition.

2. The Appellant herein is the husband and the respondent herein is wife. Pending this Appeal, the parties have entered into compromise. In the said compromise memo, both the parties and their respective counsels have signed. The husband has already paid a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- and the wife has also received the same.

3. Recording the Joint compromise memo, this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is allowed. The marriage between the appellant and the respondent is hereby dissolved. The said Joint Compromise memo shall be formed part and parcel of this Judgment.

4. No costs.
