For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.318 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 294(b), 324, 379(NH), 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.318 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 13.09.2021 due to previous movie, the petitioner trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also attacked her with stick and also snatched two sovereigns of gold chain. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.14275 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the defacto complainant has sustained grievous injuries and also submitted that the stolen jewels are yet to be recovered from the petitioner. 5.Since the stolen articles is yet to be recovered from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
