PRAYER :- to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties in pursuance to the order dated 10.07.2019 made in Crl.OP(MD) No.9679 of 2019 on the file of this Honble court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.9679 of 2019, dated 10/07/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since they are unable to furnish sureties they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.7139 of 2019 within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
