Heard both sides.

2. The writ petitioner and the father of the fourth respondent are parties to the civil suit. The petitioner can very well get himself impleaded in the said suit. It is open to the petitioner to file an IA seeking the relief now sought for. If such an IA is filed, the same shall be disposed on merits and in accordance with law after putting the fourth respondent on notice.

3. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The only relief I am now giving is granting liberty to the petitioner to move the trial court in the pending suit.
