Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants to survey the petition mentioned land.

3. According to him, there is some mistake in the FMB sketch. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that survey is to be held on 08.08.2022 at 11.00 a.m.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
