ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent, a private matriculation school, to refund the fees paid by the petitioner for admitting his son in the said school.

2. According to the petitioner, he admitted his son in 10th standard in the third respondent school and immediately, on the

next day, he obtained Transfer Certificate, therefore, he sent a legal notice to the third respondent to refund the fee paid by him. But, the third respondent failed to refund the same. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition.

3. First of all, the Writ Petition against a private matriculation school, is not maintainable. Apart from that, the petitioner has also not made any representation to the official respondents, seeking relief.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No Costs.
