ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.9129 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.9129 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025 with a condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/ (Rupees One Lakh only) with two sureties before the concerned Court. He further submitted that after receiving copy of the order, the petitioner tried to arrange the funds and execute the sureties but he was unable to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays for modify the said conditions.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, reason stated by the petitioner is justified, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.6 imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.9129 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025, as follows:- ''6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy, on condition that the petitioner shall 2/4

execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or to the Police Officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate, on further condition that''
