ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22303 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22303 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024 and enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail. He further submits that after receiving order copy, the petitioner is not able to mobilize the fund for produce surety and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court within the time stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22303 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the said anticipatory bail order was passed on 18.12.2024, till now, the petitioner has not take any steps to arrange sureties and appear before the concerned Court. He raised objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. 2/4

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of one week is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No further time will be granted in future.
