This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission for conducting Mini Marathon Race on 18.08.2019 at about 08.00 a.m. from Kattaputhur to Thottiyam Maruthakali Amman Temple (15 Kms) in Tiruchirappalli District. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondent Police has already granted permission to the petitioner to conduct the Race.
