Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner Trust seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to substitute the Petitioner's name in serial number 3(b) i, ii, iii in PART-A Basic Information Annexure-13 of Regulations for affiliation of Anna University in light of the amendment to clause-10 in page 6 of the Supplemental Trust deed in No.595 of 2009, dated 29.06.2009.

According to the petitioner, they have made some changes in the Trust by, changing the name of the Managing Trustee and an application was made before the respondent/University, to carry out the above changes and a representation was also sent on 08.10.2016. But, so far, no order has been passed by the respondent. Hence, they have filed this Writ Petition.

5. In the above circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.10.2016 and pass suitable orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
