CRP(MD). No.1047 of 2020 The matter is posted today under the caption "for extension of time".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 14.12.2020 has directed the learned Principal District Munsif, Valliyoor to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.75 of 2015 on or before 30.04.2021.

3.The learned Principal District Munsif, Valliyoor has submitted a requisition letter dated 30.04.2021 seeking six months further time for disposal of the suit.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances and also the reasons assigned and also considering the pandemic situation, this Court is inclined to extend the time as sought for by the Trial Court. Accordingly, six months time is granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.75 of 2015 from today.
