Sudalaimuthu, aged about 19 years, now illegally detained by the 3rd respondent before this court and set her at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by R.PONGIAPPAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's daughter by name Eswari, D/o.Sudalaimuthu, aged about 19 years, was abducted by the third respondent, the petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the detenue has been secured and therefore, no further adjudication is necessary in this petition.
