ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 10.04.2024, made in W.P(MD)No.9004 of 2024.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that, the Respondent University has filed a Writ Appeal. The Hon'ble Division Bench has passed interim orders on 16.10.2024.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition, depending upon the out come of the said Writ Appeal.
