ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 7671/2026 dated 20.04.2026 2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 20.04.2026, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai on the first working day of every English calendar month, for a period of three months.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
