..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the revised proposal, dated 06.05.2016 submitted by the petitioner's School, within a stipulated time.

ORDER

Heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. According to the petitioner, they are running a High School and already they got approval upto VII standard. Now, for approval of VIII to X Standard, they sent proposal for recognition but the same was rejected on the ground of certain deficiencies. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have rectified the deficiencies and re-submitted the proposal on 06.05.2016. But, till date no order has been passed by the third respondent. He would further submit that the petitioner-school already admitted four students in all three classes and now the Authorities passed an order directing them to deploy the students to some other school. Hence, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that till the orders passed by the third respondent, the order of deployment should be kept in abeyance.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner's revised proposal is pending with the third respondent from 06.05.2016, the third respondent is directed to consider the said proposal and pass orders on the same, within a period of two weeks from today, till such time, the order of deployment should be kept in abeyance.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
