ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Petition is filed by the mother of the detenue for the production of her daughter, who studying 12th standard. It is stated by the petitioner that her daughter is missing from 27.07.2022. 2.Mr.Satheesh Kumar, Sub Inspector of Police, Sattur Taluk Police Station, has produced the detenue before this Court. 3.The Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, states that the petitioner's daughter has gone along with another student, who is also a minor and he has been arrested and produced before the Juvenile Justice Board.

4.On enquiry, the detenue girl states that she would go with her mother, the petitioner herein. The petitioner, who is present before this Court, also acknowledged the custody of her minor daughter being handed over to her and she also expressed that she has no difficulty in keeping her minor daughter along with her.
