ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.06.2024 for the offence punishable under Section 506(i) IPC and Section 11(iv) r/w Section 12 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Cr.No.10 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has followed the defacto complainant, who is minor and compelled her to love him and also threatened her. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 06.06.2024, hence he may be released on bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is yet to be completed.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court 2/3

is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
