ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order passed by the third respondent dated 10.08.2018 and consequently direct the third respondent to condone the delay for the requirement of the land tax document and accept the same to provide compensation to the petitioner under the Prime Minister Payir Kappittu Scheme. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that subsequently, the petitioner resubmitted the claim for insurance for his crops and it was considered and the petitioner was disbursed compensation.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
