COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- These petitions have been listed today under the caption ''Extension of Time for Lower Court'' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.62 of 2024 pending on the file of the Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases (FAC), Madurai.

2. The Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases (FAC), Madurai, has sent a letter in D.No.3990 of 2025 dated 20.11.2025, 2/4

requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.C.No.62 of 2024 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.09.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases (FAC), Madurai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case.
