The petitions in CMP(MD)Nos.6864 and 6867 of 2026 have been filed seeking orders to declare the petitioners (respondents 3 and 2 in the appeal) as major and the petition in CMP(MD)No.

6865 of 2026 has been filed seeking orders to discharge the petitioner (first respondent in the appeal) from the guardianship of respondents 2 and 3 in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. Considering the above, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main appeal and post the same on 19.06.2026.
