Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. RAMESHKUMAR.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.10410 of 2022 in Crl.M.P(MD).No.8012 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD).No.430 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022.

2. Perusal of the order it is seen that this Court by order, dated 01.09.2022 in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 10410 of 2022 directed the petitioner to appear before the Court concerned once in a month. Now, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking relaxation of condition.

3. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also the condition imposed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
