Respondents/Respondents/Defendants in all petitions COMMON PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Thanjavur to dispose of I.A.Nos.508, 510 of 2018 and 1 of 2019 in O.S.No.325 of 2017 pending before the District Munsif Court, Thanjavur as expeditiously as possible. In all Petitions:

For Petitioner : Mr.C.Padma Raj COMMON ORDER The petitioner herein is the plaintiff in O.S.No.325 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thanjavur. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks this Court to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the Interlocutory Applications, which he had filed for appointment of receiver to the suit property, to direct the respondents to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- till the disposal of the suit and for police protection.

3. This Court perused the typed set of papers. The suit itself is for bare injunction not to disturb the peaceful possession. Therefore, this Court may not direct expeditious disposal of the Interlocutory Applications filed by the petitioner. 4. Hence, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the very suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
