Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and police protection to conduct the procession of rally scheduled to be commenced from 03.12.2020 or any other date fixed by this Court from Periyar Statute, Trichy towards Secretariat, Chennai for the purpose of exposing the grievances of the Special Educators in regard to their claim of regularization within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking for police protection and permission to conduct the procession of rally scheduled to be commenced from 03.12.2020 or any other date fixed by this Court from Periyar Statute, Trichy towards Secretariat, Chennai for the purpose of exposing the grievances of the Special Educators in regard to their claim of regularization within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2.In fact, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition is pertaining to the year 2020. In such view of the matter, the prayer itself become infructuous. It is for the petitioner to give representation seeking permission to the concerned respondent. On such representation being made, the concerned respondent shall consider the same. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
