ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to dispose of his application dated 29.04.2025 in Application No.

2025/0103/13/375125, seeking joint patta in respect of the property situated in Survey Nos.579/12, 579/14, 581/8, 580/6, 580/6B, 579/13, 579/4, 579/16, 579/17, 581/9, 581/7, 579/11.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Harish, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner herein claims right over the subject property under a settlement deed executed by his father, Lakhumayagowder dated 08.07.2008. The said Lakhumayagowder got the subject property from one Lakkayagowder and Ramraj under a registered sale deed dated 16.06.1998. The petitioner submitted an application on 29.04.2025 seeking Joint patta. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be

considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 29.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
