2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions raised in the original Petition.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would state that enquiry has been conducted and the defacto complainant has stated that no further action is required in the complainant and accordingly, the complaint was closed.
