PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.739 of 2009:

To set aside the order dated 30.01.2009 passed in R.C.A.No.5 of 2008 on the file of Rent Control Appellate Authority/ Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram, reversing the order passed in R.C.O.P.No.11 of 2007 on the file of Rent Control Authority / District Munsif-cum- Magistrate, Rameswaram.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.IRULAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the restoration petition against the order, dated 18.06.2019 in C.R.P.(MD)No.739 of 2009.

2.The learned Counsel for the respondent is present and hence, notice is not ordered.

CMP(MD) No.7429 of 2019 is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by support of this petition. As a result, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
