ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 16.07.2019 and consequently direct the respondent to grant renewal of the license in favour of the petitioner for running vegetarian light refreshment room at Cuddalore Port Junction, Southern Railway.

2.The petitioner submitted an application before the second respondent to renew his license to run a vegetarian light refreshment room and the same was rejected.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that subsequently, the very same place has been allotted in favour of the third party and issued license. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
