ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. According to the petitioner, the land measuring to an extent of 0.30.0 hectares of land in Survey No.17/10 of Viralipatti Village, was assigned to the petitioner on 28.01.2011 and from the said date onwards, she is in possession and enjoyment of the same and now, she wants to measure the land and hence, she made a representation to the respondents on 18.10.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and she has also paid necessary fees for the same. But, the neighbouring land owner by name Ramu objected the same. Hence, she has filed this Writ Petition.

4. In such circumstances, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.10.2016 and pass orders on the same, with regard to measurement of land belongs to the petitioner, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
