O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition for directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on his representation by demolishing the alleged unauthorized construction being put up by the fourth respondent in S.F.No.204/2 and 3 at Plot No.14, Union Bank Colony, 5th Street, Vilangudi Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai.

2.We dispose of the writ petition by directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 15 June 2016 submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall issue notice to the fourth respondent and thereafter take a decision in accordance with law.

3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, all the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
