2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent is present, and there is no representation for the appellants. On the earlier occasion, i.e., on 12.11.2025, the learned counsel who had been appearing for the appellants reported "no instructions" for the appellants. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the names of the appellants in the cause list and posted the matter for hearing today. Despite the names of the appellants having been printed in the cause list, none has appeared today.

3. Being left with no other option, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
